Gone to the Cats and Dogs!

Our residents, and team members, love their animals and birds! Friday, June 13th, a lucky group of residents and team members toured the Almost Home Animal Shelter in Fort Dodge. Upon arrival we were able to see one cat leave with its “furrever” family and hear another little boy excitedly talking about the cat they were adopting for his grandmother. After receiving a brief history of the facility and the animals they currently have for adoption and placed in foster care. Following a tour to look at the animals currently on-site, we enjoyed the company of Pomeranians Lexi and Tut. Thanks to our tour guide, Levi (pictured with Lexi) and the rest of the Almost Home team and volunteers for an enjoyable and educational visit!!
