Christmas Pictionary

Residents and staff showed off their creative skills at a recent Pictionary event. Each participant picked a Christmas word out of a bowl and drew a picture on the easel of that word. Then everyone had a chance to guess what it was. The pictures were great! There was a variety of sketches: ice skates, a snowman, Santa, an ornament, icicles, a present, holly, lights, a star, a Christmas tree, the three Wise Men, a candy cane, Rudolph, and many others. Folks enjoyed spending time together, visiting and sharing a few laughs. At the end of the activity each resident received a gift from a thoughtful friend of Shady Oaks. This kindness was much appreciated by all.
